These people failed to comply with the rules and regulations outlined in the Idaho Landlord and Tenant Guidelines regarding the return of cleaning desposits.
They exceeded the time limit for notifying tenant of reasons for non-return of cleaning deposit and providing documenation as to how the funds were spent to rectify excess damage by tenat.
When asked to provide documentation as to how the funds were used, the only paperwork they would provide was proof that the funds were used for "normal wear and tear" cleaning.
Idaho Landlord and Tenant Guidleines state that these funds are NOT to be used for this purpose.
Their explantion was full of innuendoes, contradictions and inconsistencies.
When reported to the Better Business Bureau, they resorted to childish finger pointing on issues of non-concern, and refused to address the real issue.
