I'm another victim of their fast talking salesperson who called saying that they'd left a toner off of our order and wanted to confirm our address. The conversation felt a little "off", but I gave out our address. That was about a week ago, and today I got a Canon toner cartridge and an invoice for *$675.74*. I called IDCSERVCO and I was very civil until I was told there's a 20% restocking fee. I told her that maybe her company didn't sell the product (they just do order fulfillment), but I'm being scammed by Copy Supply Warehouse and will not pay a dime other than to ship back the cartridge (I didn't want to deal with them arranging pickup). I also said if I get anything else from them or Copy Supply Warehouse, I will get our Legal department involved.
