Joe has not paid child support in a couple of years, the only time he has ever paid is if he is caught on a warrant and pays to get out of jail or if he works on the books and gets caught by the state. My children are 10 and 13 and I have been trying to get paid for years. At this time he is living in Chester County. The Philadelphia courts can not go there to get him. I was told if he happens to get caught driving in PA they can then arrest him on this warrant, other than that they don't even look for him. He is reported to live at his mothers and has never updated any information to the courts.
