I ordered ProSeal on 5-10-06, charged on my credit card 5-23-06. Contacted Customer Service 3 times, told me item was shipped, didn't receive, will ship again. Still no item received as of today 8-29-06. Contacted them again and was given new number to call, 1-800-716-8667, Windstorm, which you can't get through to a liver, but told to contact [email protected].
Finally, got a response to my e-mail, but I have to send them proof I paid for the ProSeal Kit, either my bank statement, credit card statement or cancelled check, via mail to 245 8th Ave, PMB 855, New York, NY 10011. No way, will I send any of this to them. I sent back e-mail asking for a live person to call me, probably won't, but I will keep trying. I wish I had gone to this website before I ordered this so called product.
