Capital financial card
Capitalfinancialcard told me i would receive a visa card that i could use at atm machines and would have a credit limit to start of 1000 but they sent me a card that is worth only the crap they have in there catalog major scam Largo florida

I was called o n my cell phone and told i would receive a credit limit of 1000 that could be used at any atm machine, instead they sent me a card to buy crap from there sorry catalog, in the catalog you will find items listed for wholesale and then there listing which is two times higher or more, im on 100% disability and dont have money like they took from me without my permission 200.00 is alot of money to me considering i only get 800.00 a month to pay all my bills and buy grocerys
