I was e-mailed a credit card application. I sent money for a "one-time processing fee" to obtain the credit card. When I received the "credit card, " it was for a $5,000.00 limit but I had to purchase items from a catalog which was also mailed to me.
The stuff in the catalog is a bunch of crap which no one in their right mind would buy if they saw it in a store, much less charge on a credit card and pay interest on. The company did market themselves as a legitimate credit card, Mastercard or Visa, but when I received it, it was bogus. People who run companies like this should be put in jail. It's a scam!
