These Characters demand entry to your apartment, enter illegally while you are not home and search your apartment without your permission. If they do that, they can also place things in it that don't belong there or go shopping in the apartment for whatever they want to take. Mind you they are incapable of making unauthorized persons move out of your designated parking spot overnight and only report to the office in the morning. You can do that yourself, they serve no purpose except to cause confussion.
