Since Joelle & Came to this property as a temporary Manager she has succeeded in Evicting and giving 24 Hour notices to move to long term and residents that have only been here a year or less. Has had no regard for women and children and has refused rent from tenants who have done nothing to deserve eviction. Does not care whether or not You are Legal United States Citizen and Justice Court in Las Vegas is unjust and goes along with whatever any manager says or does and call you a Nuisance.
Under Nevada law what she and the judge have done is violate the Federal Housing laws and completely disregarded court orders not to harrass or further intimidate persons with Chemical sensitities... She was advised in previous statements and should be arrested for attempted murder as well. Falsifying fire hazard records and faulty electrical systems. Giving water bills without meters etc...
I just recieved a call from the so called court that we and others will be keyed out of the Apartment on tomorrow, even though she refused the rent. And has done nothing but increase tension and continued harrassment with the help of neighborhood thugs and Veteran's Security of the polygamist Identy thieves of Arizona being paid so that they can increase their development plans and keep affordable housing out of Nevada making the residents slaves to their whims... Especially African Americans Hispanicas and Asians...
Follow That Money Trail
Working with Police to help clean up problems is a no no and elderly are abused and Apartment Doors keyed to enter apartments even though you request that NOBODY enter while you are out. Thefts have occurred. Nobody has any Civil Rights or rights to privacy and I hope they are turned into FBI, IRS and Treasury Departments for thefts of Identities, Fraud, slander and a whole host of other things that are against any decent laws of the Land.
