A week or so ago I got a letter which told me how special I was and that I was selected to recieve information that would make my dreams of wealth and health come true. Well, folks, I was born at night, but it wasn't last night. I sent the free report form back, since I already had a stamp, and waited for the other shoe.
Gee, I got a report, all right, a booklet with "part one" which was largely anonymous testimonials of how wonderful life is now that they're part of this secret society—and the come-on. Hoping someone else will save the money (as there are gullible naifs out there, though I'm not generally one of them) I'll recount the price for the "free" information—139.95. After a discount. Especially for me.
Well, as someone else said, I AM special. Special enough to know a scam when I see and smell it. Don't send your money. You'll see that these folks are just hoping the sheep will line up to be fleeced. As for me, I know free is FREE, not "139.95". No sale, buckos.
