Ripoff horrible customer service no magazines in a year since paid

On 5/19/05, we ordered 24 issues of Maxim and Glamour magazines from a young gentlemen. He said he was trying to earn a scholarship for college. I was only ordering these to help him out.

We have been receiving the Glamour. However, it is now 5/25/06, over one year later, and we still have not seen one issue of Maxim.

I spoke with Tina on 12/27/05 about this. I also spoke with Karen on 3/8/06, she said she would put in a complaint of no service. On 4/13/06, I emailed Ken about this and I received an email saying sorry for the inconvenience and we will notify the publisher.

I emailed him again on 5/22/06 after another month has past and still no Maxim. I have not received a reply since.

It is impossible to get into contact with anyone in customer service at the phone number that is listed on the Chapel Sales receipt. The number stays busy the whole time. I had to press redial for 15 minutes before I could speak with anyone.

The magazines we ordered were paid for over a year ago. If they would at least give us our money back I would be pleased. I don't appreciate being punished for supporting a, "so called, " good cause.

I feel I should not have to work so hard to receive something that is mine to begin with.
