Ripped me off! Charged my bank account! I did not authorize them to charge me

This Company is an absolute fraud I filled an Application out at the end of april THERE WAS NO WHERE IN THAT APPLICATION THAT SAYS THEY WILL CHARGE YOU 39.96 I exited out of the application before it was even done. My bank sent me a letter and said that this company had caused me to be overdrawn and they had taken 39.96 out of my bank account on THREE SEPERATE OCCASIONS this is considered stealing they are continously taking money out of my account and I did not know about it. This is called fraud and I am not going to stand for it. I dont work Everyday to have some @#@#@! #@# rip me off And I will get my money returned one way or another
