I am a retired soldier discharged from military. I was discharged from Ft. Knox for delusional disorder. I get home, people are trying to make it seem as if it was for homosexuality. They are using surveilance and psychological warfare and leaking information. I am being discriminated against in the town where I live, and don't see any possible future whatsoever. Where I live is an Air Base community and the whole town is helping with the shunning.
What are my rights if any? I maybe paranoid, but I am not gay, and I would still be in the military if it wasn't for certain circumstances. I am being discriminated for jobs, as a result and I would like to have my self repect and dignity back.
I have been threatened with injury, death, trumped charges, but I don't care. I'm tired of people with power misusing it, and trying to destroy me and my family. I was good at my job, if you look at my service it was outstanding and was without prejudice, so why do I have to face prejudice on the outside.
I'm not used to being a bum. Is it lawful for a community a whole to use psychological warfare against ex-soldiers?
