I worked for Ken, Kristen & Wes approximately one year ago for a brief time at Discount Blind & Shade Factory in Chandler. Their entire focus was to make as much money as possible, as fast as possible - then cut their losses and run. Quality, good faith, or fulfilling their commitments was never a priority. They ripped off their customers, their employees and their vendors/suppliers, then file bankrupcy. Yet, Ken & Kristen still built a $500,000 new home and Wes starts up a new window treatment company.
I believe these con artists are personnally liable for for the contracts they did not honor or fulfill. We can all go after them both criminally, as well as in civil court to recoup our loses. Why should Kristen be driving a brand new Mercedes when our windows are bare?
