This woman by the name Neelie wrote me a letter saying that she saw that i won a lottery and that i should send her 23.95 to ship to me her psychic reveals. I did send the 23.95. And she sent me a package of things that i will do and when i should play the lottery. But after those days i played the lotto and never won anything. But the problem started when she started sending me some monthly newletters for three months and then billed me 75 dollars for it which i never agreed or signed any agreement with her about. Last week 04-11-06 i got a letter from this woman again treathning to take my bill to collections. I did not discuss any kind of billing process or sign any contract with this woman saying that i want her to send me some stupid psychic letters. Now my name is about to go to collections for what i have no idea about. First of all i think it was a ripoff but i was desperate for a better fortune. I hate to be the victim but i am already one. Please i will like if you can investigate this woman and send these evil who uses Gods name as a way of making fast money.
