Patricia Strum has been lying to me about what she need to file a claim against Val Builder (see Val Builders Complaint). She has been giving me a hard time for months. The last thind that she asked for was the check that we got back from GAF the shingle manufacturer. We are now owed $1550 for the poor and damaging installation. Whenever I give her wht she wants, shes asks for something else and WILL NOT file a claim agains Val Builders. This BBB shit is a travesty.
I'm adding some emails so it's more understandable:
This is the last email so far, and she is lying about asking for an insurance copy of what was spent... She knew all along that the job cost 3500 and we got back 1950... I also sent her the last request. A cancelled check from GAF. She is making me jump through hoops to get this claim filed, and she's a bitch on top of that. One brain cell would tell you that the BBB is a scam.:

As stated before, you need to provide a letter from the insurance company. This letter must state what you were paid for. Material or Labor or both.
