Be careful with these individuals: Frank and Virginia Amarante. This couple is moving around California and South Florida renting places and buying all sort of things, living like they were wealthy. They write checks on closed accounts.

They later dissapear and there is no way to trace them.
Do not rent to them or sell them anything.
