Listed as non basic charges on my local Verizon phone bill, $16.45 for OAN stated as miscellaneous charges, Odyssey Comm Svcs this is a new service provider this month&odysseymail.
Since I have never heard of this company before, and an answer from my E Mail to Odyssey networks INC. Stated that they never bill any one through a third party, This has to be a scam. A check with usacomplaints.com shows this scam to be happening in other states, on other local phone bills.
Don't pay this before contacting your local phone company.
