On 1 I call a AOL to cancel a service, the lady name kave told me she will cancel it but she give me 3 more month of service because I'm a valua customer and by the time of 4-30-02 if I still use an AOL they will charge me 14.95, on 4-08-02 I call an AOL again and make sure that 's had been canceled but they told me it was not, I tell them to cancel and they said it will, they give me a confirm number#0385176565, by that time I received a bill 14.95 AOL charge me from 4-03-02, I call AOL I was put on hold by several employee, finaly I speak to a lady and she told me I had too many free now I need to pay, she told me as long as some of my househood still sign on I will be charge deptsite I told her that Was my Daughter only 12 years old, beside I already called 3 month ago, I feel the way they treat me not a professional like a thief, pease foward this letter so they can hear my voice
