Thanks usacomplaints.com report. To all that are pursuing a refund with this company it can be done very easily if you are within the 30 day window. I followed the exact directions from both Jennie and Sarah (very good options). All I have to say is it took me about 10 minutes to get my full refund. They will continue to try to sell you a package or give you other options but just be firm and explain that you are not seeking any other options but wanting to CANCEL your trip which entitles you to a full a refund.
