I was really disturbed the way you just stopped communicating but i have seen your reason though you should have at least given me a 30seconds call to inform me earlier.
All the same you are highly welcome and you should realise that the earlier we forward the application processing with the bank is the better for the fast claim / transfer of the money soonest possible.
The bank will need an affidavit of claim obtained from the Ministry of Justice to give legal backing to your claim. So it is not that the bank need money but the affidavit and i told you that with $1000 will will obtain the affidavit because the government Stamp Duty tax is $900 and with $100 i can lift the motal of the oath officer to issue the affidavit without questioning.
You will send the application to the bank by yourselve and the bank will process the claim and transfer the whole money to your account then i will instruct you on how to send my 25% if i don't decide to come there and see you to invest it there.
No body can withdraw money from the account now that the original depositor is dead until your affidavit is obtained which will transfer the ownership of the account / money to you, it is then you alone may instruct the bank to transfer the money to you in full or in part as you may wish.
This is a copy of the CLAIM APPLICATION you will fill / complete and send to the bank where this money is deposited best through the bank's email address stated on the application heading. You will also copy the application to me.
