Like many others, I was suckered by the young kid selling mags. Being an entrepreneur myself, I wanted to support her and bought a mag.

Bonnie and Tom said they are from Publication Services of America. The company (companies) the orders were placed under went out of business. They are trying to make it right, they said.
You can fax your receipt in. (Sorry, I didn't get the fax number.)
Alternatively, you can scan the receipt and send it by email to [email protected]. Tom said to also write out your name, address, phone number, order amount, and receipt number in case it is not legible on the scan. He said they would call with verification of receipt and processing. He said I would then receive a money order for the amount in 15-20 business days.
