In Oct of 05 I answered an ad in the Cookeville paper for a job. It turned out to be selling Rainbows. I would like to point out Rexair the Parent company of Rainbow did not have anything to do with this. Bryan Loveday and Angie Loveday at the time Living in Cookeville have now moved to Nashville. I bought a Rainbow on his word that at 30 demo's it would be paid for after my first sell after the 30. He also told me he would pay my first two payments. Unknown to me in Oct he was in talks to leave L.T. Barry of Hendersonville and goto Hycyte to sell Ocean Blue.
On the first of March he closed down his office and moved to Nashville.in the process he skipped out on his Lease, and broke over about $10,000 worth of promises.in the program that Rexair set out you are not suppose to do demos to the ederly, widows, or the poor. Bryan targeted these people and hounded then till they closed. One widow only recieved $600 a month and he told her every lie to get her to buy, she had the good since to refuse after he hounded herr for about an hour. He stole $1,000 in dollars of equement from 100's of people.
He profess to me to be a Baptist and attend the Freewill Baptist Church in Crossville and he never lied. He swore to "Crist" he was honest. He broke every law on the books to sell his product.in March he moved to Nashville and started selling Ocean Blue's and is doing the same scam there. I do not know the current name of his new company.
If you want all the information you can on him the information data base that the NSA uses is also avaible to the public at choicepoint there ou can trace his entire history of scam's. I called L.T. Barry to see if they would honer the 30 demo deal, at the time Bryan left I had 9 to go. I was told by Lou Barry that they would start me from 5 and i would have to do 25 but drive over 100 miles to Nashville to do I I have filed another report for L.T. Barry for this. Please if you recieve a call from someone selling Ocean Blue do not make an appointment with then, Bryan will lie to you in every way he can to get you to buy. And he hides under the guise of being a Christian to do it. BEWARE of Bryan Loveday.
And I would like to point out that Rexair the parent company of Rainbow has nothing to do with this. Bryan Loveday of at the time Clean Redefined in Cookeville made a deal with me that if I did 30 demos of Rainbows on my first sell ofter the 30 I would get my free, this deal was approved by by L.T. Barry. Bryan Loveday closed his Cookeville office and ran out on all his deals in March of 06. I called L.T. Barry and spoke with Lou and he told me that since Bryan destroyed all his paper work that I would have to do 25 more demos to get my Rainbow free when in fact I had only 9 to go. L.T. Barry failed to honer the aggrement and is as bad as Bryan in this area. Please do not do business with either L.T. Barry or Bryan Loveday, they will take you for all you have and then leave you in the dust.
