Ripoff: billed my bank account for products without my authorization. Used third party for shipping, hard to trace

I submitted a request for a "free" trial order of hoodia weight loss products. My bank account was debited 5.95 to cover the shipping on 3/6/06. On 3/20/06 my account was debited 99.90, however this time it was without my authority or my knowledge.

To add insult to injury; I never received the supposedly "free" trial order until 3/24/06.
