Rips off senior citizens

I am a senior citizen on a very limited budget who say this promotion as a way to help me out of a difficult situation. I mailed my money order for $43 to receive my $15,000 worth of credit only to find out it was for a catalog. Now I can not get my money back. That $43 goes a long way on a limited retirement income.
