Attorney & Sales Rep. Were Deceptive with Contract ripoff

I toured Westgate Resort - Town Center on July 9 with Rep. Robert (#17905) after viewing the beutiful resort only to be coerced into buying in to the lies and deception of a Studio unit at the Town Center and introduced to Attorney Anthony Berly who "promised" if I'd buy the unit that he'd sell a previous timeshare I have that I won't mention (liers too). Anthony (lie-owyer) stated that if I'd call him within 30 days he would help and assist me in selling my other timeshare. He even went to the extreme in giving me his personal cell phone # to contact him including the sales Rep. Robert (#17905) gave me his cell to contact him with any questions/referrels.

I specifically mentioned to "Tony" (lie-owyer) that I was leaving the country and wouldn't be back until the end of August he stated to still contact him and he would help me. He even had me to sign off on a piece of paper and gave me the carbon copy and kept the original copy that I don't have now. When I contacted him on or around Sept. 7 he was off work getting his sports car tire changed and didn't have time to talk to me, but gave me a timeshare number (800) 427-6649. I actually visited the Town Center a second time from 2/16/06 -2/18/06 for another tour, but only to see if the consistancy of the presentation was the same and to my surprise it was not.

I met with a Rep.By the name of Indhira asked her a lot of questions regarding David Siegel's policy and manual for new members and to her surprise she didn't understand where I was coming from until we went on the 90min. Tour only to bump into my deceptive Rep. Robert (#17905) and he approached me asked me if I remembered him and extended his hand for me to shake while rudely leaving his prospect standing there conversating with me, only later on to deny me or even knowing who I was when the truth was told of my re-visiting there within 7mos only to miracuously be staying in the unit 5142B that I bought supposly on 7/9/05. His exact words to the Sales Rep.indhira was this; "Hey make sure you take care of her, Indhira reply was; "Oh no, she is taking good care of me!" Then he later deny knowing me or having me as his member that he signed up.

Well after departing his presence Indhira the Sales Rep. Asked how did I know him and I then went on to tell her why I came back to Westgate Town Center to see if what I was told 7mos. Prior in the presentation by Sales Rep. Robert (#17905) was the same presentation that was sold to me, and to my surprise it was not.indhira then took me to see a person by the name of Anita Manbru, which at the time I did not know her position, but was presented before her also 7mos. Prior by Robert (#17905), but she assured me that she was furious and couldn't wait to talk to Rep. Robert (#17905)& (lie-owyer) Anthony Berly because they (Westgate Resort) do not operate like that in promising to sell other's timeshares. That's against company policy.

Well today is March 10 and the problem still hasn't been resolved since my departure on 2/17/06 and this Anita Manbru stated that she doesn't answer to any other manager and that she was over everyone there and that she was to only answer to David Siegel the Founder/Owner of Westgate Town Center. Now this was on March 8 and she assured me that she would deal with my concern personally after trying to push me back off on Robert and Tony aftering hearing the frustration in my voice and she "promised" me that she would contact me back by the next day at 12:00pm (EST), well let's just say "they" don't keep their word because I had to contact her 48hrs. Later to only be told by her that she can not help me with my contract and that I needed to contact their Corporate Collection Dept. And that she can't help me, that the problem is out of her hands, sorry!

The Corporate number she gave me I misunderstood the correct # only to call her back for her to repeat it to me again. I then asked her before hanging up to confirm in her words to me again what she told me on March 8th according to our conversation in her words, "I don't have a manager over me, I only answer to David Siegel" when I asked her was that what she said, her reply to me was arrogate; "Call Corporate" w/o even answering my question that she stated to me. I found out from the Guest Relations Desk Manager Wanda that she was not the GM and that the # she gave me was to a person by the name Grace Bravo -Mgr. Over owner's referrals and that Bob Normaton was the actual General Manager over Westgate Resort not her. She apologized sincerely for her stating that to me and said she should have never said that because she did not even know who this Anita was at the extension I was given according to the computer information.

I am not sure of the games or sales training that they are playing, but David Siegel has to know that he has corrupt seeds trying to sell shiny apples and the seeds are corrupt. As things are left, I am seeking to file a class-action lawsuit, but I wonder how successful that will be after reading all the other reports and the necessary steps to be taken. I see money rules in Westgate's empire, but I must state it is written, "No Weapon formed against me shall prosper" (Isaiah 54:17) and I am sure that my enemies will not prevail against the righteous in this wicked and evil matter. Strength are in numbers and we can't let this Tower of Babel confuse our language and get away with our goods!
