Whereismyorder.com ripoff, waited 180 days to send in rebate, sent in all required info and was denied

Done all requirements for rebate, and was denied "The form submitted was incomplete and/or illegible. Duh, I was a Notary Public for 15 years and I assure you I know how to fill out forms. The is truly a ripoff and something needs to be done. They have no Website to complain too, you go to www.whereismyorder.com for anything pertaining to this site. No Phone #, ect. I had to wait 180 days to even submit my forms, and was charged $199. On my Credit Card the day I agree to get this "Free" phone, which I had no idea, said they needed my card in case I broke my contract. Cingular is not the blame, I have 2 other accounts that was purchased through Cingular and always got my rebates, as promised. So the old saying goes "if it is too good to be true" Be weary, cos it probably is a ripoff!
