Ripoff Company offerings fraud

I responded to an ad for an offer of employment as the ad on career builder states 10-12.50 per hour and benefits. During the course of the interview I was told no salaries are being offered any longer and that they have a full staff on salary. Hence they tried to sell me on 100% commission and stated they were no longer offering salaries.

I hope this saves another the time of going to an interview and wasting their time.
