Last December, I purchased one Ultra 512MB memory DIMM from Micro Center. It offered a $40 rebate. I sent everything that was required, but received an email telling me that the UPC code wasn't enclosed. I tried calling, but their hours are shorter than my work hours. They don't respond to email or faxes. I finally talked to a Nadina, who promised me that she would take care of it. That was three weeks ago. Still nothing. Ultra products won't help either.
Onrebate just ignores me and refuses to answer my questions.
