I purchased a maltese puppy that was infested with mites, didn't know it til the pup got here. The sellers did admit to it yet stating their Vet didn't catch it on the last visit, they were sorry. This pup was covered with huge bumps that you could feel when you pet him and was scratching like crazy and wimpering!
Turns out the litter of pups were all infected, this was all admitted to on the phone so I have no proof of the conversation per say but I have all the Vet documents! I would love to know if I have a case here as well I need to reach as many people as possible so that others don't suffer! We sent all the paperwork proving the pup saw a Vet within the timeframe listed on the puppy guarantee yet these people are ignoring us!
It's been 8 months now! I need help!
