I was hired to do installs for Dan Bratton (Dans Satellite) After 3 in a half weeks and 30 some installs = $3,000 i was paid one check totaling $270.00 and got to keep $ 300.00 cash from jobs. After i told Dan that i could not do no more installs untill paid in full he then said ok that he would pay me on wed. The first of feb. Upon calling him that wed. Dan started to tell me that he had to go and fix 3 or 4 of my jobs and to contact him later so i did and then he told me that he was not going to pay me untill i went to fix his sons mess-ups i refused to and then he starts threating me with the law and i tell him go ahead that i was going to file a lawsuite for wages owed, well at this time i was not going to persue due to the costly filing fees untill sunday roles around and he called me to tell me that his boss J. C at Prosat is going to have my sbca liesence pulled and that he is taking pictures of my work
(Dans calling all my coustmers and asking if he can come check my work they say yes and then he goes yanking on cables and destroying my work so he can take pictures, to show the court) What Dans forgot is that every coustmer i installed they signed the back page stating that i did my work with the highest degree.
