In September 1999, went to purchase a car. I did not have enough money for the downpayment so, they made arrangements with me to make payments on the downpayment.
I made the payments on time yet, while this was going on, the car was falling apart and I would take the car in for repair and would lose time off work and the problems would still not be fixed or they would tell me that there was nothing wrong with the car and why do I feel this way. Duh, the car was falling apart.
The interior handles on the door had come off the doors, yes, both doors and were hanging off. One night while on my way home, the electrical system went out. I had no lights at all. On other occasions, the lights were putting on a show. I kept telling this company about these problems, to no avail.
Finally, before I made the final payment on the downpayment, I went to Sun Pontiac and got a brand new car with lower payments and excellent condition, of course. Sun Pontiac gave Wynn Company back their lemon car.
One month after the car was returned to them, my mother received a call at her home in California. The salesman or finance jerk was posing as a Maricopa Sheriff's officer and told her that they have a warrant out for my arrest and that I had stolen this car from them.
I was furious and she was extremely angry with me. I told her that this is illegal for them to do this. I would call and get the answering machine or some sarcastic person on the other end of the line. Nothing was ever solved with these people.
Last year, I went to trade my car in for a new Toyota Rav4 and there is a repo on my record and they have also another amount that is open as we speak. I have filed a complaint with Experian and the FTC about these folks. The second amount on my credit is showing active and like I am making payments to them.
I want this crap off my credit and I want to take these losers to court or something. I need some help dealing with them. This has been on my credit since apparently.
Do not buy a car from these folks or do any business with them in another capacity. They are crooked, rude, cynical, just disgusting. They treat women like we know nothing and like we are crap. The car that I was going to buy was a 1987 Cougar, kick me in the head, I ended up with a 1998 Dodge Neon with 20,000 miles on it and in excellent condition, lower payments and peace of mind from Sun Pontiac.
