Wynn's ripoff That's Not Our Fault Care Transmission woes

My transmission went out on my vehicle after 60k miles. I had the Wynn's Deluxe warranty coverage. I have a Pontiac and I took it to a Pontiac dealer. He didn't even want to take the vehicle because he had major problems with Wynn's in the past. He said they don't like to pay and they always pay by check. I called Wynn's and they said they use credit cards now so he reluctantly accepted my car. I had to get a rental car to get back and forth to work. The inspector took two days to come and he agreed to replace the transmission. I started to fell relieved.

I was told that they would replace my transmission with one that ahd 50k miles on it and that it was rebuilt, or I could pay $600.00 out of my pocket and get a new one. I opted for the "rebuilt" one. Well guess what, I found out they were getting my transmission from a junkyard and I found this out because the junkyard sent the wrong transmission twice. Each time the dealership had to put my car up on some piece of equipment to move it around and they charged $240.00 each time for that.

Then there was labor for installing the wrong transmissions. Meanwhile this caused 5 day delays each time and I'm accumulating a large rental car bill as a result of the "junkyards" ineptness. Everytime I called Wynn's to complain about my rental car bill they said that my shop had to submit a request for more time and not me. (I had no voice during the whole ordeal) I had to call my shop and get the service advisor to fight on my behalf... According to Wynn's.

After the 2nd transmission didn't work they decided to take parts out of my original one and put them into the junkyard ones. So in essence they never sent the right one. My rental car bill ended up being over $800.00 because the whole ordeal lasted 3 weeks and the shop generated a bill of $764.00 for all of their labor.

I went thru 8 calls to customer service Eric 2x, Buddy 2x, William, AMY Jaqueline, John and another guy before I was able to speak to a supervisor (Michelle) who then recommended I call a service advisor (Greg) who told me to speak to his boss Mack. Well that was on Friday the 15th and according to Greg, Mack was swamped but would call me soon. I wonder why Mack was so swamped? Well I called 2x on Monday the 18th and each time I was quietly hung up on. So tomorrow I'm calling my Lawyer.

If anyone can give me any helpful info Like VP's name or someone up higher up the food chain besides these robots I've been speaking to I would appreciate it. I'm still pursuing this and will keep you posted. I don't feel like I should have to pay the shops labor for having to install and uninstall two transmissions and I'm looking for rental car help because it wasn't my fault we had all the delays. Wynn's hired the junkyard in the first place and their trying to stick me with the bill. And they told my service advisor that they do over 1 million dollars worth of business with the junkyard. Please help. I will fight them long and hard.
