I got involved with a person on the net who is obviously out of his mind. He believes that I targeted his home with wire taps, cable taps and some sort of video surveillance in his home. He has also accused me of being a computer hacker and "song stealer". This is rediculous. I live all the way in New Jersey, while he is in Kentucky.
He puts entries on his web site under my name. These entries are NOT from me. I have reported him to the authorities and I am waiting for a result. Although we have spoken on the phone (on friendly terms), he has been delusional. It is difficult to stop him.
Worst of all, the stuff he writes shows up on net searches under my name. I am an industry record producer/songwriter so consequently I'm all over the net because of records I have contributed to. This is quite embarrasing.
He is an "indie" songwriter who may just be hateful to people in the industry... I just don't know - but he has absolutely targeted me with his agression. I suppose the point is that you have to be careful who you deal with on the net. You never know if they are kooks until it's too late.
