I too was taken in by the scam of Cigarrest. My checking account was overdrawn by $99. I found out that Cigarresttook it without my permission. Then my checking account came up $69 overdrawn again. So, I went to my bank to find out what it was taken out for. The lady said Living Essentials. I couldn't at first figure out how they got my bank card number. I did some dinng around and it just so happens that Cigarrest & Living Essentials are run by the same guy. So, that is how Living Essentials had gotten my bank account number. My bank told me that I had to file a police report and I did. The Lt. Of our detective bureau called me and wanted any information that I had. So, I took it to him and he said he was having a meeting a federal agent and that he was going to show him everything I had. The that owns Berheim & Rice also has 8 other companys that he has. Something has to be done about this guy before anyone else is taken in.
