Dolphin Pacific consists a cheap office and telemarketers setting jobs for people they fail to pay. I worked for them for nearly six months—they didn't have a travel agent or account and could never book your travel properly on Randy's credit card. You ended up paying for most of your expenses and then be continually lied to about when they would reimburse you. It was costing me so much money that I had to ask some clients to pay me directly just to recoup some of the money that they stole from me.
