Well, our experience with this business DropshipDesign.com did not turn out as we hoped. We cannot put their items in Ebay because we don't know if they are doing their job. The items would out of stock too many times. We emailed them for help to get our new website started and we emailed them when we have a customer who worries about his order but they never reply.
We even called them and it just an answering machine telling us to email them! We had a very angry customer because their ordering and shipping process were extremely SLOW they wouldn't give us the tracking number asap so we could inform customer that everything is ok. They advertized that it normally takes 2 days pending the order and then be ready to ship and that we would get the tracking number but it has been 8 DAYS & still no word from the company.
We are very disappointed in this dropshipdesign.com business. Their advertisement is too good to be true. We are getting ready to cancel our membership & go on to another, a better wholesale company that has honesty and integrety.
