I ordered the FMS Lifestyle Series program on 7/2/05 and they charged my account on 7/3/05 including the rush order charges ($14.95 which I believe I should be reimbursed if I receive the program after today) I requested. They processed the order on 7/6/05 and I am still waiting, and I received it on August 23.
I spoke to Ginger on 9 occasions, she was going to re-route my call to her supervisor but disconnected me all 9 occasions. She also told me that the Postal Service is responsible giving me a tracking number, she could not give me an order number. She was very rude. I called back and was routed to a voice box "please leave your name and number...". Nobody called back. On 12 other occasions I called 1-800-283-4230 spoke to James, Debbie and Brian, Cindy and several others, one time each, they took my name and number but nobody called back. I called 15 other occasions @ 1-718-224-9758, either the line was "off the hook" or I was routed to a voice box. Called the operator, she told me the phone was off the hook and the phone number did not match the company name, but it is the correct number to Manta Communications. Customer service @FMS knew who I was before they asked for my phone number and address.
The program cost $69.95 $7.00 (Continental shipping) $14.95 (Rush Order charges) totaling $91.90. When I ordered online there was no order number, no tracking number. I printed the order with the date, my name, address, name of product and amount of product with the 3 breakdowns above.
I called a dozen more times and left messages because I was unable to talk to a live person. They seem to know who was calling because I almost talk to a live person who called me by name and asked what I want. Then I asked how she knew my name, and she asked for my address and phone number. Very obvious! And she disconnected me, that was the last time I spoke to a live person.
