Ripoff would not do like they promised refused to cancel like they said they would

I received a card in the mail saying that I could apply for a government grant to start a buisness. I called and they required a $299.99 fee and promised to send at least $5000 or return the fee. Said I could cancel as long as I called 4 buisness days before the fee was to be wihdrawn from my checking account

Fee to be withdrawn Oct 10, Monday. Called Oct 4, Tuesday. They said I would have to call back Thurs Oct 6. Because my account was not in the computer. Called to cancelThurs and they said they were sorry and refused to cancel Because There were not 4 buisness days before Mon, Refused to Try to help me and would not explain why I was told to call back Thurs.

Now I will have to pay a Stop Payment fee to stop the withdrawal. Don't trust these people. They will rip you off.
