Household auto finance is a huge joke - the people who are employed by this company are jokes as well! Bunch of liars, unprofessional, and do not know how to deal with simple issues!
Also rips customers off by charging ludicris fees for processing payments - like they don't get enough of my $ anyway! They took a simple problem and made it into a bigger one and wasted my time! Kudos to bad customer service! Not!
