This company is really bad. After I had placed my order I waited for more than two weeks and never received my order when the company said it would take about one week. It also promised to give a tracking number, but it never provided one.
I contacted the company that I needed to cancel my order because I had waited too long and I no longer needed the product.instead of cancling the order, the company still sent me the order. I had to retun it and I waited for almost a month and I stil never received the refund. I again had to contact the company for my refund and they were totally rude to me.
After that I waited and waited and finally I reported to my credit card company to dispute that payment. The credit card company did and surprisingly the company finally credited back the money at the same time (after more than two months).
So the company charged back the amount that the credit card company refunded back to me. At the end, I ended up losing around $80 because of the company's negligence and irresponsibility. I paid $211.67 and I only got back $129.27 for the refund.
