I was contacted by phone and offered vouchers at a cost of $4.95. Was told i would receive them in the mail (8/4). As of 8/20, i had not received and information by mail. So i called the customer service number they gave me (800-357-9147) and cancelled whatever they were to send me.
On aug. 23, a debit was made electronically from my checking account in the amount of $102.00. The debit was discovered when my electricity payment was returned (nsf)
I contacted this company (Hazel) to inquire about this charge and was told they will not return this money. This is an internet service provider which i was told nothing about. I would not need an internet service provider because i already had a provider.
