CCA Credit Service Division ripoff: consumer fraud ripoff

I recieved an approval certificate for a "credit line of $5000.00 a Platinum Card." After reading the information like, "You may use your platinum card immediately upon reciept exclusively for all purchases from credit provder."

Not realizing that this was a ripoff, I sent the approval statement in with a check for $43.00 (thank God it wasn't more). Needless to say, this can't be used for all purchases, and the web site doesn't exist.
