Versatalk or teliflex is been charging me for over 2 years saying is a free trial until in my bank acc# I saw that I had been charged $54.90 for a service that I never had. I explain to customer service that that I want full refund and his saying that the must he can do is give me only one month of a charge or if I want he will give me 200 dollars in gas (gasoline) I cancel my account but also I talked him that I will report to the BBB.
Please inform me what I can do about this
