Survivor pastor sues
John Raymond is suing the Slidell, Louisiana church he used to lead for firing him. The Assemblies of God pastor was the first castaway booted off the "Survivor: Thailand" reality show in the fall of 2002. Raymond claims one of its elders damaged his reputation by saying he was fired for stealing money from the church. Since leaving The Harvest, he has started another church in Slidell called New Horizon Christian Fellowship.
