This Company has all managment team on exempt pay, they work alot of hrs and being exempt they dont get paid overtime, but, if a member of managment misses a day to take care of buisness this company. Will deduct the day from your paycheck, we. Feel this is not FAIR!!! They will not pay overtime, holiday pay, or such pay for exempt employees but they will deduct from your check if you miss days. How can they do this, This company has been in lawsuits do to non payment of overtime pay for exempt employees.
