We had just came out of a bankruptcy and needed a car so i would have a way to work we were happy that someone gave us a loan we didn't pay attention to the interest but that was not all i lost my job right after we purchased the car and started having trouble making payments we told them that but they did not seem to care or offer any help all they did was call all the time knowing we would have to run late we make a payment and they would call us 2 weeks later and ask for another payment then they said they would help us out by setting our due date back well that just made it worse i still do not have a job and i don't want to lose our car we are trying to rebuild our life financially. If the interest rate is 18 per cent we could make the payments better how can they get away with this?
