There are many fathers who don't live up to responsibilties with their children, frustrating and hurting mothers.
But to say that mothers can't be guilty of that exact same thing is delusional.
Roxann Boggs Toebe, who is an active participant in her church and raises our daughters in the church, lives her life outside those doors in a manner entirely contradictory to Jesus' teachings.
The Church of Roxann... Lying is acceptable to the children, their father, her parents, former mutual friends, the police and the courts, as long as it helps you get what you want. The children, however, will be reprimanded if ever caught lying.
Lying is always allowed if you can emotionally and financially brutalize your ex-husband.
Facts... Roxann jumped in front of my car when I tried to leave her house, prompting a neighbor to threaten me. Roxann twice came to my residence and refused to leave when asked, something I never did at her place. She grabbed my arm, put her hand over my mouth twice and slapped me, without me swearing or provoking her. She yelled "call 9-1-1!!!" The police came and told me to call them if she ever did this again, and to meet for child exchanges at the police station. Later in the month, she again refused to leave, and I backed her out of my apartment. Later, she told a court I grabbed, shook, and cursed her. It was believed.
More facts... Filed a stalking motion against me one week after I filed for a reduction in child support and for mediation in the parenting agreement. Our first encounter after that motion, she twice followed me into the parking lot after I picked up our oldest daughter. She has done this four other times, to which the police reply, "sorry sir, it's a civil matter, " and to which Roxann replies, "go ahead and report me, see if I care!"
I go to pick up our children for an overnight. Roxann knew about this for several days, and never wanted to talk more about it. I arrive to pick up the children, she demands I talk to her, when all I want to do is get out of there. She jerks on our oldest daughter's arm as we try to leave. I tell her to let go, twice. She refuses, the police want us to stop arguing. I go outside and she still won't let go. I tell her, "I'm not playing games. You won't talk to me. You can call me on the phone. Now let her go." She refuses again. With our youngest daughter in my arms, I take my thumb and middle finger and flick her wrist off our daughter, and am immediately arrested. 18 hours in jail. No previous offenses in 39 years.
The Church of Roxann, against love and forgiveness and most everything Jesus, demands I get 13 weeks of anger management, a $ 300 fine, no drinking for 13 weeks (I rarely drink anyway) and no contact. She twice shoots down a judge who recommends a public place to exchange the children. I have not seen my children in six weeks because I fear what's next with this woman.in October, I have to hope my attorney can defend me against this emotionally unstable behavior.
Read the bible Roxann. God supports this how? Your mother, a woman I always admired, supports this? I guess parents of Susan Smith and Andrea Yates support their daughters at all costs too.
She can sell lies to anyone but God knows. And one day, those lies will be exposed.
