I too have been scamed buy this company as well and do hope that somebody can do something to stop this company. We have been waiting for a refund in the amount of $119.90 since january. They told me that i needed to fill out a form giving them "permission" to give me a refund, yeah right. Since then we have had nothing but excuses and false information that the check was in the mail (always telling me that they were sorry but it will be another 10 to 14 business days. Six months later we are still waiting. Last two times i have called they took my name and information and told me that their systems were being updated or they were down. I personally have kept a record of conversations including name, date, and comments made to me. We are interested to know if there is a case against this company. We have also checked the better business bureau web site and have found them to recieve an "f" rating. The report also includes phone numbers and e-mail addresses.
