Travelers Innovations a part of Cosumers Innovations. I noticed a charge for $25.00 on my credit card. Before this charge I had never heard of this company. They do list a phone# 800-858-4838. I called them immediaty in an attempt to clear up this error but found them less than cooperative, In fact the person I spoke with, Chase, was down right rude and defiant. I was told that someone called me on either May 27th or 28th 2005 and whomever they spoke with accepted a FREE trial offer. I told her that no one in my home spoke with or agreed to a Free trial offer. When I stated that no one in my household knew anything about this she called me a "liar". I could see the "truth" was not working so I tried a different tact. When I advised that I had not received anything from Travelers Innovations she claimed it was sent out on June 8. I pointed out that June 8th was the date shown for the charge on my card. She stated that they don't send out the information until they charge you. I hung up and did some research on-line.
