My husband recieved a phone call from First National Benefits on Saturday, June 26, telling them that they were a government agency offering grants. All he gave them was the name of our bank and they were then able to get routing and transit number from the bank. They withdrew $29.95 on June 30 and i contacted my bank. My bank put the money back in my account but i was unable to reach this company, as nobody would answer the phone, which is a little peculiar considering it is supposedly a business. I decided to try again today to call (July 1), and finally got an answer from a foreign man, who was very rude about the matter and informed me that the only reason this site was up is because there was an unsatisfied customer. Little does he know, there are several unsatisfied, "customers", i had no idea i was a customer. I concluded the conversation with him with a few choice words. Thank you, whoever started this site because when i could not get an answer by phone, i went straight to the computer and i found this site.
